My Approach
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and understood. In my work, I take time to understand each client’s world from their perspective—how they experience their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and challenges. Therapy is not about being told what to do, but about being met with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
At the same time, I believe growth often requires gentle challenge. Alongside compassion and understanding, I help clients build resilience, persistence, and practical skills that support lasting change. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns that may no longer be serving them while encouraging accountability and forward movement at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.
My goal is to support clients in becoming the healthiest version of themselves—not through pressure or perfection, but through self-awareness, courage, and the confidence that growth is possible.
Modalities

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors and replace them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and coping.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthy relationships.
Narrative Therapy: Supports clients in exploring their personal stories, separating themselves from their struggles, and rewriting narratives in ways that feel more empowering and aligned with their values.
Play Therapy: Uses play, creativity, and imagination to help children express emotions, process experiences, and develop coping skills in a way that feels natural and safe.
